For this project a newly purchaced property included a one story guest cottage with an attached 2 car garage. The clients were interested in expanding the first floor apartment to include a second bedroom, a remodeled bathroom, a functional kitchen, and an expanded open living space with a second floor that would be light-filled and serve as an art studio.
